I've been ditching ultra-processed foods for a while now and doing great on the food side. But I wanted a framework to build the rest of my habits around: movement, water, reading, actually showing up daily. 75 Soft felt like the right next step. Not punishing, not an identity crisis in 75 days. Just a structured push to take things up a notch.
